Evening Star Walks
by Michael Anderton

Here are some of the country walks I wrote for the Ipswich Evening Star, published by Eastern Counties Newspapers between 1995 and 2001. Each walk is within the Suffolk area, usually between 2 and 5 miles long and often with short cuts. The published articles provided a full description of the route, photographs, map and fact file of useful information. The maps used in the descriptions below have been scanned directly from the newsprint and may not always be as clear as the equivalent Ordnance Survey map.
